Working up a good appetite for donuts, my trip home involved stopping at the local donut shop for a tasty pastry breakfast. I liked having donuts as part of my day so much that I started my own bakery. Now with 5 locations in the midwest, Sioux Falls is home to our first “drive-through” donut pick-up.

How donuts are made:
Our doughnuts are usually deep fried from a flour dough, but other types of batters can also be used. Various toppings and flavors are used for different types, such as sugar, chocolate or maple glazing. Doughnuts may also include water, leavening, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, shortening, and natural or artificial flavors.
